The PNR series vacuum pumps are equipped with “ballast port” cooling system. The controlled injection of air grants efficient cooling. The double inlet/outlet ports give high volumetric efficiency and an extremely low running noise. They are equipped with an automatic lubrication system and single piece bolt on shaft.
The main features developed for the PNR series vacuum pumps were, until recently, found only on heavy duty industrial pumps. The PNR series is designed and can be used for heavy duty applications.
- CONTINUOUS DUTY AT 60% VACUUM: The controlled injection of air grants efficient cooling also when the pump is used for heavy duty applications.
- TANGENTIAL VANES: Five asbestos free vanes; the tangential vane design reduces the wear due to friction and assures greater machine life.
- AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION: Standard three point lubrication for the PNR142. Two points for all other models.
- DRIP OILERS: With sight glasses for checking the efficiency of the lubrication; equipped with copper oil lines.
- EFFICIENT AND QUIET: The double inlet/outlet ports give a high volumetric efficiency and an extremely low running noise.
- NON-RETURN CHECK VALVE: Cast iron, single piece guided valve assure long life and efficiency.
